Crisp Sandwiches By Michael Reilly of Select Resorts When i was a kid (and if I am being honest, now as an adult) one of the best things about summer was crisp sandwiches. Now I never seemed to have them in winter but in summer mum relented and we would butter some bread and evenly spread the cheese and onion tayto crisps across the bread before adding the top slice, applying some downward pressure and hearing the satisfactory crunch! Even now I am looking forward to my holiday in an Algarve Villa and having a nice crisp sandwich.
